Product name ii. quantity iii. preferred method of payment iv. preferred mode of delivery and delivery address, v. a contact number.(Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and sent out through the delivery service. You may however make arrangements for exchanges of equal or greater value.)
PAYMENT OPTIONS All our prices are listed in Singapore Dollars. You may choose to pay by direct fund transfer, or cash upon courier delivery.
Cash. Payment by cash is possible with courier delivery. Please pass exact change to Delivery man as he is not authorised to give you change.
Direct Fund Transfer Payment by direct credit is accepted. You can bank the Payment directly into our Bank account via Internet Bank Transfer, or POSB ATM Transfer.
Please inform us upon transfer. Email us a copy of your bank remittance or transaction code at mycherubims@gmail.com. Your order will be sent out once payment is cleared.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Processing Time Orders typically take 2 to 3 business days to process. Orders sent in on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Mondays & Tuesdays, depending on volume.
Delivery Options
1. Personal Delivery by Courier Services
Personal delivery by courier is available islandwide at S$6 per trip. Delivery charges are waived for orders of S$120 and above.The courier service will call to arrange for a suitable delivery time and to confirm location prior to delivery. Leave a contact number if you have to run errands in the neighbourhood. Please note that deliveries take place during weekdays; there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and at night.
2. Mail Postal Service - normal and registered
Items can be sent via normal mail or registered mail. My Cherubims will not be liable for any items lost through normal mail. Our rates are based upon Singapore Post rates and take into account the weight of the FINAL package (ie. including the weight of packing materials). There is a minimal handling charge of $0.50.
Registered mail - Registered mail are tracked by Singapore Post. Each registered item incur an extra S$2 charge. Please request for registered mail by specifying in the email when placing order.
